Pastor Troy Gramling
Troy Gramling is the Lead Pastor of Potential Church in South Florida and the best-selling author of Potential: The Uncontainable Power of God Within You. For more than two decades, he has led Potential Church as it has grown into a thriving and diverse congregation reaching thousands of people locally and around the world.
Troy is known for his creative, practical teaching style and his passion for helping people discover and live out their God-given potential. Through his messages, podcast, and writing, he equips individuals and families with biblical truth and real-life application that inspires lasting life change.
Before entering ministry, Troy played college basketball and later coached, experiences that shaped his leadership philosophy and commitment to developing others. Today, he continues to invest in raising leaders and building a church that impacts communities for good.
Troy and his wife, Steph, live in South Florida with their family and remain deeply committed to helping people grow in faith, strengthen relationships, and live lives of purpose.
